About Us

This is not just another coffee brand.

We are a specialty coffee microroastery based in Chalkida, Greece. Small. Intentional. Selective.

Most things got crossed out before you arrived here. What remains is the part worth your attention.

Selection from around the world

We source specialty-grade, single-origin coffee lots from the top growing regions in the world — Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya, Guatemala, and beyond. Not everything makes the cut. The coffees that do are chosen for what makes them irreplaceable: a specific harvest, a specific farm or cooperative, a specific reason to exist in your cup.

Every coffee we offer scores above 86 specialty points. Not because we follow a number, but because below that line, the story becomes ordinary. We are not interested in ordinary.

Roasted fresh. Tiny batches. Chalkida, Greece.

We roast to order, in small batches, without shortcuts. Freshness is not a marketing word here — it is the only method. When your coffee ships, it has just been roasted. The difference is immediate and undeniable.

Our roastery operates out of Chalkida, Central Greece, and ships specialty fresh-roasted coffee across Greece and Europe. A microroastery in the truest sense: a small team, a single roaster, a very short list of coffees that earned their place on it.

Equipment worth keeping

We also carry a curated selection of specialty coffee brewing equipment — grinders, pour-over drippers, gooseneck kettles, scales. The things that close the gap between a good cup and a great one.

Each piece is selected the same way we choose our coffees: by crossing out everything that did not earn its place first. No filler. No bundles designed to look impressive on a shelf.

Start your specialty coffee journey here.

If this is your first encounter with specialty coffee, welcome. You are not expected to know everything yet. What matters is that the next cup you drink is better than the last one.

If you have been around long enough to know what you are looking for — you already understand why the list is short and why it changes.

Either way, this is where it starts. Explore what is currently available — before it gets crossed out.
