Refund policy
Returns (non‑perishable items)
We have a 30‑day return policy for non‑perishable items (e.g., brewers, filters, accessories), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your package; items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise discussed and agreed in writing with the store.
If a return is due to an error on our side (e.g., wrong item sent) or a confirmed issue, the return shipping arrangement will be handled case‑by‑case.
Damages, issues, and wrong items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 15 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so the case can be evaluated and resolved.
Exceptions / non‑returnable items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for perishable goods such as coffee once delivered (including opened or unsealed packages).
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.
EU 14‑day right of withdrawal (cooling‑off period)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
This right does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (for example, perishable food products such as coffee), or to goods that are not suitable for return for health protection/hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected (where eligible), you’ll be notified whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the refund).
