Bahia sits in Brazil's northeast — far from the country's better-known coffee belts of Minas Gerais and São Paulo. On these sun-drenched plateaus, this single-origin arabica is naturally processed: whole cherries are laid out to dry under open skies, with the fruit slowly fermenting into the bean over several weeks. That slow drying is what gives natural-process coffees their signature sweetness and body.
In the cup, expect milk chocolate, dried fruit, toasted nuts, brown sugar, and a soft, rounded body with gentle acidity — an approachable, comforting profile.
It's one of the most forgiving coffees in our range to brew, consistent across methods, which makes it a great entry point into specialty coffee. Try it as espresso, filter, V60, or cold brew — it holds its character in all of them.
