Shipping policy

Shipping destinations

Orders ship from Greece to addresses in Greece and the European Union. 
At this time, customs duties/taxes are not applicable for EU deliveries; if an order is shipped to a non‑EU country in the future, any customs duties or import taxes would be the customer’s responsibility. 

Order processing & dispatch

Orders are processed within 1 business day. 
Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) may be processed and dispatched the same business day when possible. 
Coffee is roasted in small batches, to order. 
The goal is to ship coffee that is up to 3 days old, following internal roasting standards and best practices for maximum freshness.

Shipping methods (Greece)

Standard shipping in Greece is fulfilled via BOX NOW, where available. 
If BOX NOW is not available for a specific destination/order, the shipment will be sent with another carrier selected at our discretion. 

Estimated delivery time (Greece): According to BOX NOW service targets, delivery is typically 2 business days after the parcel is processed (and typically 3 business days for islands). 
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier network delays, weather, peak periods, strikes).

Shipping methods (European Union)

EU shipping is available, with delivery times depending on the destination country. 
Typical delivery time is around 1 week, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee. 

Shipping fees & free shipping

Shipping is charged as a flat rate (displayed at checkout). 
Free shipping is available for:
• Greece: orders over €25. 
• EU: orders over €85. 

Local pickup

Local pickup is available when selected at checkout (where shown as available). 
Pickup can be completed during business hours. 

Tracking & notifications

When an order is dispatched, the customer will receive a notification. 
The carrier will also contact the customer with instructions to collect the parcel (where applicable). 

Damaged or delayed parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can review the case individually and arrange the best possible solution. 
When contacting us, please include your order number and (if applicable) photos of the parcel and product to help us investigate faster.

Missed pickup & re-delivery fees

If the customer does not pick up/collect the parcel and re-delivery is required, a re-delivery fee applies (always coordinated with the customer). 
Re-delivery fees:
• Greece: €3. 
• EU: €15.
