Hario V60 Ceramic Dripper

The V60 shape is not aesthetic. It is engineering — the 60-degree cone angle, the single large opening at the base, the spiral ribs that run the full length of the filter. Each detail controls how water moves through the grounds, which is the only variable separating a flat cup from a precise one.

The ceramic version adds thermal stability. Ceramic holds temperature better than plastic or glass, meaning the grounds stay at consistent temperature throughout the pour — not just at the start of it. Pre-heat with boiling water before you begin. The difference is measurable.

Size: Available in 01 (1–2 cups) and 02 (2–4 cups).
Use with: Hario V60 filter papers — 01 or 02 depending on size.
Best with: Any single-origin arabica. The V60 rewards coffee with complexity. Rwanda Gasharu or Kenya AA are the obvious starting points.
